Terms of Use
The De Rio app and Brew Membership are provided for registered customers only. By using this app you agree
to the following:
• Your subscription entitles you to one complimentary beverage per day from the plan menu.
• Beverages are non-transferable and cannot be carried forward (except for the previous-day makeup
redemption where eligible).
• QR codes are single-use and expire after redemption or when the screen is closed.
• Misuse, sharing, or screenshot-based redemption attempts will result in account suspension.
• De Rio reserves the right to modify the menu or plan terms with reasonable notice.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:
• Data collected: name, email address, profile photo (from Google Sign-In), and
redemption activity.
• How it's used: to operate your membership, track daily redemptions, and provide
support.
• Storage: data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security. We do not sell
or share your data with third parties.
• Deletion: you may request account deletion by contacting derionashik@gmail.com.
